Notes for Knights
Election of officers for the next year is coming soon. If you have an interest in serving as an officer in our council, please contact a current officer for information. Our fundraiser for Intellectually disabled individuals collected approximately $2200.00 in donations. The beneficiary, Headwaters, Inc., received $1603.85 Our Council utilized it's time and talent during the 2025 year to provide financial assistance to many deserving programs. We donated nearly $12,000.00 to (5) individuals, (5) Nativity School and Parish events and (6) Organizations/Groups. The new cemetery improvement projects have concluded for this year. Our council provided nearly 100 hours of time and talent to these efforts. Thank you to all who assisted!! Our August 7th Columbus Club meeting confirmed and approved the following donations for this calendar year: - $1000.00 toward new cemetery sign - $1000.00 toward funeral expenses for Sharon Panko - $1500.00 as a matching fund for the September spaghetti dinner to support Nativity School technology needs - $1000.00 donation to the renovation project at St. Fances Desalle seminary in Milwaukee. - $ 250.00 toward new flagpole, flag and LED light for Nativity School - $ 250.00 to NATH - Frederick House temporary housing facility The spaghetti dinner held recently was well attended with about 150 customers enjoying the meal and fellowship. The event raised $4500.00 toward technology upgrades for Nativity school. The Knights are contributing an additional $1500.00 toward the upgrades. |
